Body Bar
This is 45 minute Body Bar training session. Amazing beginner level class that utilizes a body bar and functional movements to increase flexibility, strength, and mobility.Â
TRX
This is an event for a 45 min TRX group training session.
The TRX System, also known as Total Resistance Exercises, refers to a specialized form of suspension training that utilizes equipment developed by former U.S Navy Seal Randy Hetrick. TRX is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete the exercises
Cross Core
This is an event for a 45 min Cross Core training session. Cross Core takes all the benefits of traditional bodyweight training exercises and adds instability, rotation and dynamic tension to challenge the user’s balance and core in ways never seen before.Â
